The Service and Accessibility Subcommittee acts as a voice for the industry on rulings, policies, regulations and consultations that determine standards of service and accessibility for airlines.
The Service and Accessibility Subcommittee (the “Subcommittee”) is responsible for ensuring that member concerns and views with respect to rulings, guidance material, regulations (proposed and in effect), and consultations issued or being considered by the responsible governing authorities on issues related to service standards and accessibility in the airline industry are clearly communicated to relevant government and non-government stakeholders. Moreover, when engaging on matters of common concern, the Subcommittee will present a unified, concise, well-researched voice to promote the development of fair, balanced, rational, practical and mutually acceptable government policies and regulations.
